  1. Filing and entry into India

    Convention applications claiming your priority date, Madrid Protocol designations, and PCT national phase entry, prepared to the standard the Indian Registry expects.

  2. Examination and response

    Responses to objections on absolute and relative grounds, and to the First Examination Report on the patents side. Relative-grounds citations are addressed with particular care, as they are the most commonly overlooked risk at this stage.

Amended the claims to the scope Indian practice supports while preserving the commercially important embodiment, and argued the objection at hearing.

An Indian proprietor opposed on the basis of an earlier registration in an adjacent class.
